The team are currently preparing proposals for Carlson Court, with a view to submitting a planning application to Wandsworth Borough Council for consideration and would like to know what the community think.

The proposals include:

• Comprehensive refurbishment of the existing buildings;
• The removal of costly barriers for smaller business, through flexible leasing arrangements;
• A full one storey roof extension and a partial second storey roof extension;
• Publicly accessible roof terrace with café, garden space and yoga facility;
• Around 2,450 sqm GIA of additional commercial floorspace;
• Co-working space for local businesses and employment opportunities;
• Electric Vehicle charging points and basement cycle storage;
• High quality landscaping and courtyard space; and
• Improved connectivity with Wandsworth Park with the potential for a ground floor café located on the south eastern corner of the building.
