Akoya, part of Brunswick Property Partners, would like to bring Carlson Court back into use, refurbishing and extending the existing building.

The team are currently preparing proposals for Carlson Court, with a view to submitting a planning application to Wandsworth Borough Council for consideration and would like to know what the community think.
The proposals include:
- Comprehensive refurbishment of the existing buildings;
- The removal of costly barriers for smaller business, through flexible leasing arrangements;
- A full one storey roof extension and a partial second storey roof extension;
- Publicly accessible roof terrace with café, garden space and yoga facility;
- Around 2,450 sqm GIA of additional commercial floorspace;
- Co-working space for local businesses and employment opportunities;
- Electric Vehicle charging points and basement cycle storage;
- High quality landscaping and courtyard space; and
- Improved connectivity with Wandsworth Park with the potential for a ground floor café located on the south eastern corner of the building.
